With investment in tech innovation, Ius Laboris member firm in Italy created Futuhro™, a digital platform that integrates workforce management with pro-active legal consultancy. The idea behind Futuhro™, a product by  Toffoletto de Luca Tamajo e Soci , is to make certain processes more efficient for both employers and lawyers.

Futuhro™ enables users to perform certain administrative tasks related to HR, such as managing an employee’s attendance and requesting legal advice when drafting employment contracts. Other tasks that can be done with the tools available on the platform are: processing payslips, recruitment, drafting contracts and managing deadlines and expiry dates, drafting pay and rewards policies, planning training and development courses, calculating the cost of work and budgeting and carrying out internal surveys.
