On 5 April 2023, the law of 29 March 2023 modifying the Labour Code to introduce measures to protect employees against harassment in the workplace was published in Mémorial A of Luxembourg’s Journal Officiel..

This new law and its provisions on harassment in the workplace will come into force on Sunday 9 April 2023..
