By a grand-ducal regulation of 4 june 2024declares the new sectoral collective bargaining agreement for collective catering companies and the amendment to this agreement signed on April 24, 2024 to be generally binding for the entire collective catering sector.

The new collective agreement is valid from May 1,^st May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027.
