Il examine les risques de d\u00e9calages entre l&rsquo;offre et la demande de comp\u00e9tences, les besoins de upskilling et reskilling, et les co\u00fbts macro\u00e9conomiques associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La transition climatique devrait donc \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une politique active de comp\u00e9tences. Sans investissement dans la formation continue, l\u2019apprentissage et la reconversion, le risque de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pourrait impacter directement les employeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 2025 et 2050, <strong>150 000 \u00e0 500 000 travailleurs par an<\/strong> devront \u00eatre form\u00e9s ou requalifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne. Pour les entreprises, l\u2019enjeu n\u2019est pas uniquement quantitatif, mais qualitatif :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mont\u00e9e en puissance des comp\u00e9tences <strong>techniques<\/strong> (\u00e9nergies renouvelables, \u00e9lectrification, efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, maintenance avanc\u00e9e),<\/li>\n<li>forte demande en comp\u00e9tences <strong>num\u00e9riques<\/strong> (data, automatisation, cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, smart systems),<\/li>\n<li>et importance croissante des <strong>comp\u00e9tences transversales<\/strong> : adaptabilit\u00e9, gestion du changement, collaboration interdisciplinaire, capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage continu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les secteurs les plus touch\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Construction<\/strong> : 25% des \u00e9quipes (3M personnes UE) \u00e0 former d&rsquo;ici 2027<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industrie<\/strong> : \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques, machines, m\u00e9taux de base (-0,7% production)<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9nergie<\/strong> : techniciens \u00e9oliens\/solaires, r\u00e9seaux intelligents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transports<\/strong> : m\u00e9caniciens v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les employeurs, la transition climatique ne se jouera pas uniquement sur les investissements technologiques, mais sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 anticiper et d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences.
