
{"id":41993,"date":"2024-06-07T09:27:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-07T07:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/?p=41993"},"modified":"2024-06-07T09:27:39","modified_gmt":"2024-06-07T07:27:39","slug":"nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-dentreprises-dassurance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-dentreprises-dassurance\/","title":{"rendered":"New collective labour agreement for insurance company employees"},"content":{"rendered":"<div name=\"module-insight-bloc-paragraph\" class=\"container-px-25 mt-30 paragraph-body-small lg:mt-20 lg:text-20\">\n    \n    <p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aca.lu\/fr\/signature-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-des-entreprises-dassurances-2024-2026-un-nouveau-chapitre-pour-le-secteur-de-lassurance-et-ses-salaries-2\/\">press release dated 4\u00a0June\u00a02024,<\/a>, the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance\nCompanies (ACA), together with the ALEBA, the OGBL and the LCGB, announced that the\nnew collective labour agreement for insurance companies had been signed for the\nperiod\u00a02024\u00a0\u2013\u00a02026.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the stipulations of the agreement are outlined below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing a framework for background checks, which can be carried out during the\nrecruitment process and\/or during the contractual employment relationship,\nparticularly when such checks are found to be necessary;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference to the law of 16\u00a0May\u00a02023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 on the\nprotection of persons who report breaches of Union law;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An exceptional appeal bonus paid for 2024, 2025 and 2026 amounting to a total of\n\u20ac1,300;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two\u00a0hours of training credit allocated to occupational health and the prevention of\npsychosocial risks;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allocation of a certain number of hours to the health and safety representative for the\nperformance of his\/her role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This new agreement came into force as of 1\u00a0<sup>st<\/sup> January 2024.<\/p>\n   \n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"country":[],"class_list":["post-41993","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-article","entry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41993","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/9"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=41993"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41993\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":41998,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41993\/revisions\/41998"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=41993"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=41993"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=41993"},{"taxonomy":"country","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/country?post=41993"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
