{"id":41899,"date":"2024-02-27T16:42:43","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T15:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/?p=41899"},"modified":"2024-02-27T16:42:44","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T15:42:44","slug":"nouvelle-procedure-de-declaration-de-lactivite-professionnelle-a-letranger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/nouvelle-procedure-de-declaration-de-lactivite-professionnelle-a-letranger\/","title":{"rendered":"New procedure for declaring professional activity abroad"},"content":{"rendered":"<div name=\"module-insight-bloc-paragraph\" class=\"container-px-25 mt-30 paragraph-body-small lg:mt-20 lg:text-20\">\n    \n    <p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/ccss.public.lu\/fr\/employeurs\/secteur-prive\/activite-etranger\/activite-etranger-2.html\">a press release dated 12 February 2024<\/a>the Joint Social Security Centre (CCSS) announced the introduction of new procedures for declaring professional activity abroad <strong>from 2 April 2024.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le principe de l&rsquo;affiliation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale est celui de l&rsquo;affiliation dans l\u2019\u00c9tat membre dans lequel l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 professionnelle est exerc\u00e9e. Diff\u00e9rentes exceptions \u00e0 ce principe existent et permettent le maintien de l&rsquo;affiliation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale luxembourgeoise lors de l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>The CCSS specifies that \"\u00a0<em>un employeur qui souhaite envoyer son salari\u00e9 en dehors du territoire luxembourgeois, afin d&rsquo;y exercer une activit\u00e9 professionnelle, doit d\u00e9clarer cette activit\u00e9 au Centre commun de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (CCSS) soit via support papier, soit par la proc\u00e9dure DEMDET via SECUline.<\/em>\u00a0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The future new procedures applicable to the different types of activity carried out abroad can be consulted on the CCSS website:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To <a href=\"https:\/\/ccss.public.lu\/fr\/employeurs\/secteur-prive\/activite-etranger\/activite-etranger-2\/accord-teletravail.html\"><strong>the telework framework agreement<\/strong><\/a>, the current online form (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.teletravail.ccss.lu\/\">teletravail.ccss.lu<\/a>only allows telework to be declared on an employee-by-employee basis and was announced as a temporary solution.
