
{"id":41380,"date":"2023-03-29T13:39:48","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T11:39:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/?p=41380"},"modified":"2023-03-29T13:39:49","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T11:39:49","slug":"indexation-des-salaires-au-1er-avril-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/en\/indexation-des-salaires-au-1er-avril-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Wage indexation as of 1 April 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<div name=\"module-insight-bloc-paragraph\" class=\"container-px-25 mt-30 paragraph-body-small lg:mt-20 lg:text-20\">\n    \n    <p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/legilux.public.lu\/eli\/etat\/leg\/pa\/2023\/03\/08\/a130\/jo\">une publication administrative<\/a> sign\u00e9e le 8 mars 2023 et publi\u00e9e au Journal Officiel le 14 mars 2023, l\u2019Institut national de la statistique et des \u00e9tudes \u00e9conomiques (STATEC) pr\u00e9cise que, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi du 29 juin 2022 portant transposition de certaines mesures pr\u00e9vues par l\u2019accord tripartite du 31 mars 2022, l\u2019application de la tranche indiciaire d\u00e9clench\u00e9e en juin 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e \u00e0 avril 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la nouvelle cote d\u2019application de l\u2019\u00e9chelle mobile des salaires passera \u00e0 <strong>921.40 points<\/strong> (ancienne cote\u00a0: 898.93 points) et entrera en vigueur le 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2023 entra\u00eenant, \u00e0 cette date, une majoration de 2.5% des salaires, traitements et pensions.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l\u2019indexation des salaires au 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2023 entra\u00eene l\u2019adaptation de diff\u00e9rents seuils et plafonds pr\u00e9vus par la loi, r\u00e9capitul\u00e9s dans le tableau ci-dessous<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a> :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"586\">\u00c0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2023 (montants\u00a0<strong>bruts<\/strong>, indice 921.40)\u00a0:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"295\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salaire social minimum (SSM) mensuel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(art.
